All Osawala products are shipped from warehouses in the United States, and Osawala currently provides delivery services within the United States. We are proud to serve customers in all 50 states of the United States.

Purchase Notice:
• Not sent to non mainland areas of the United States, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
• Not shipped to military addresses such as APO/FPO.
• Other North American countries are not within the delivery range.

All orders are shipped directly from our U.S.-based fulfillment centers, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to your doorstep.

 

Order Processing Time

Your order will be processed and shipped Within 1-2 days after confirming payment(excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.

 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and local courier performance.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders in our store. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Although we bear the shipping cost, the buyer is responsible for any potential tariffs, import taxes, or local customs clearance fees levied by your country.
