Osawalla 12-Month Limited Warranty
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
At Osawalla, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty provides coverage for eligible Osawalla Smart Glasses and Smart Rings purchased from Osawalla or an Osawalla-authorized sales channel.
Please read this Limited Warranty carefully before submitting a warranty claim.
1. Limited Warranty Coverageay
Osawalla warrants that eligible Osawalla Smart Glasses and Smart Rings, including their original hardware components, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for 12 months from the original purchase date.
This Limited Warranty applies to the original end-user purchaser and is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations described below.
The warranty period begins on the date shown on your original proof of purchase.
For products purchased through an Osawalla-authorized retailer or sales channel, the applicable purchase date will be determined based on the valid proof of purchase provided by the customer.
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, second-hand marketplaces, or other unauthorized resale channels are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty applies only in territories where Osawalla provides official sales, shipping, and customer support services.
2. What This Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal and intended use of the Product.
Examples of potentially covered defects include, but are not limited to:
· Failure of electronic components caused by a manufacturing defect
· Charging failure caused by a defective internal component
· Camera malfunction caused by a hardware manufacturing defect
· Speaker or microphone failure caused by a hardware defect
· Sensor malfunction caused by a manufacturing defect
· Bluetooth or other hardware connectivity failure caused by a defective component
· Other hardware failures determined by Osawalla to result from a manufacturing defect
A Product must be inspected and evaluated before warranty coverage can be confirmed.
Software, firmware, mobile applications, network services, or compatibility issues may be subject to separate technical-support procedures and are not automatically considered hardware defects under this Limited Warranty.
3. 30-Day Quality Replacement
If a covered manufacturing defect is confirmed within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date, Osawalla will provide a replacement Product at no charge, subject to the terms of this Limited Warranty.
For an approved manufacturing-defect claim submitted within the first 30 calendar days:
· Osawalla will cover the reasonable cost of shipping the replacement Product to the customer.
· The defective Product must be returned according to Osawalla's RMA instructions.
· The replacement may be a new or functionally equivalent Product of the same or comparable model, subject to availability.
The 30-day quality replacement period does not extend or restart the original 12-month warranty period unless required by applicable law.
4. Warranty Service After 30 Days
After the first 30 calendar days and during the remaining 12-month warranty period, a confirmed manufacturing defect may qualify for repair or replacement, at Osawalla's discretion and subject to applicable law.
Depending on the nature and availability of the Product, Osawalla may:
1. Repair the defective Product;
2. Replace the defective Product with a new or functionally equivalent Product; or
3. Provide another warranty remedy required by applicable law.
Replacement Products or components may contain functionally equivalent parts and may not be identical to the original hardware.
Any replacement Product or component provided under this Limited Warranty becomes the property of Osawalla.
5. Warranty Shipping Costs
Within the First 30 Days
For an approved manufacturing-defect claim submitted within the first 30 calendar days, Osawalla will cover the reasonable shipping cost of sending the replacement Product to the customer.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective Product to Osawalla.
After the First 30 Days
For an approved warranty claim after the first 30 calendar days:
· The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the Product to Osawalla.
· Osawalla will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Product back to the customer, subject to a $5.99 return-shipping fee, where permitted by applicable law.
Shipping fees may vary for destinations outside Osawalla's standard service areas.
Osawalla will provide applicable shipping instructions after the warranty claim has been reviewed and approved.
6. Warranty Claim Inspection
Once Osawalla receives a returned Product under a valid RMA, our service team will inspect the Product to determine whether the reported issue is covered by this Limited Warranty.
If a Covered Manufacturing Defect Is Confirmed
Osawalla will provide the applicable warranty remedy described in this policy.
If the Damage Is Not Covered
If the inspection determines that the reported issue resulted from damage or conditions excluded from this Limited Warranty, Osawalla may offer a paid repair service, subject to Product availability and repair feasibility.
The customer may alternatively request that the original Product be returned.
Any applicable repair, replacement-part, and shipping costs will be communicated to the customer before paid repair work is performed.
If No Hardware Defect Is Identified
If Osawalla cannot identify a hardware defect after inspection, the Product may be returned to the customer.
The customer may be responsible for applicable return-shipping costs.
7. Warranty Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
A. Accidental or Physical Damage
· Damage caused by drops, impacts, crushing, bending, or other accidents
· Cracked, broken, or physically damaged components
· Damage caused by improper handling or transportation
· Damage caused by misuse or negligence
B. Liquid or Environmental Damage
· Damage caused by liquid exposure beyond the Product's specified water-resistance rating
· Damage caused by improper use in water, steam, chemicals, or other liquids
· Damage caused by extreme temperatures, humidity, dust, or other environmental conditions beyond the Product's specifications
Water-resistance ratings do not guarantee protection under every condition. Water resistance may decrease over time as a result of normal use, physical damage, wear, or aging.
C. Unauthorized Modification or Repair
· Damage caused by unauthorized repair
· Modification or alteration of the Product
· Unauthorized disassembly that causes damage
· Damage caused by incorrectly performed repair or maintenance
Using an independent repair service or third-party component does not, by itself, void this Limited Warranty. However, Osawalla may deny coverage for defects or damage that are directly caused by improper repair, incompatible components, or third-party services.
D. Normal Wear and Tear
This Limited Warranty does not cover normal cosmetic or consumable wear, including:
· Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage resulting from normal use
· Normal wear of frames, lenses, coatings, charging contacts, or other external surfaces
· Normal battery-capacity reduction resulting from ordinary battery aging and usage
Battery performance may naturally decrease over time and is not considered a manufacturing defect unless the battery failure is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect.
E. Loss or Theft
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
· Lost Products
· Stolen Products
· Products that cannot be returned for inspection
F. Damage Caused by Accessories or External Components
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage directly caused by incompatible or defective third-party chargers, cables, accessories, components, or other external equipment.
The use of third-party accessories does not, by itself, void the entire warranty. Coverage may be denied only for damage that Osawalla determines was directly caused by the third-party accessory or component.
G. Improper Use
Damage resulting from failure to follow Osawalla's applicable user manual, safety instructions, maintenance requirements, or storage instructions is not covered.
H. Software and Third-Party Services
This Limited Warranty does not cover problems caused solely by:
· Third-party software
· Third-party applications
· Mobile operating-system changes
· Network or cloud-service interruptions
· Third-party services
· Device compatibility issues unrelated to a Product hardware defect
However, if a software-related issue is determined to result from a defect in Osawalla hardware, the applicable hardware warranty may apply.
I. Unauthorized Sales Channels
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, unauthorized marketplaces, or second-hand/resale channels are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
8. Proof of Purchase
To request warranty service, Osawalla may require valid proof of purchase.
Acceptable proof of purchase may include:
· Osawalla order confirmation
· Official sales receipt
· Authorized retailer receipt
· Other documentation reasonably establishing the original purchase date and Product
If the purchase date cannot be reasonably verified, Osawalla may request additional information before determining warranty eligibility.
9. Information Required for a Warranty Claim
To help us process your claim efficiently, please provide:
· Order number or other purchase information
· Dated proof of purchase
· Product serial number (SN), if applicable
· Product model
· Description of the issue
· Photos or short videos demonstrating the reported problem, when applicable
· Current shipping address
· Contact name and contact information
Osawalla may request additional information if reasonably necessary to diagnose the reported issue.
10. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you experience a problem with your Osawalla Product:
Step 1 — Troubleshooting
Please first review the applicable user manual, FAQs, and technical-support resources available on Osawalla.com.
Some issues may be resolved through software updates, resetting, charging procedures, app updates, or other troubleshooting steps.
Step 2 — Contact Osawalla Support
If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, contact Osawalla Customer Support:
Email: support@osawalla.com
You may also submit a request through the Contact Us or Technical Support section of Osawalla.com.
Step 3 — Submit Required Information
Provide your order information, Product serial number, description of the issue, relevant photos or videos, shipping information, and proof of purchase.
Step 4 — Warranty Review
Our support team will review the information and may perform remote troubleshooting or request additional information.
Step 5 — RMA Authorization
If the Product needs to be returned for inspection, Osawalla will issue a Warranty Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide return instructions.
Do not send your Product to Osawalla before receiving an official RMA number and return instructions.
Returns received without a valid RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
11. Return Packaging
Customers are responsible for securely packaging Products returned for warranty service.
If the original Product packaging is available, we recommend using it.
The Product should be packaged in a manner reasonably designed to protect it from damage during transportation.
Osawalla is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging by the customer during return shipping, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Data Backup
Before sending a Product for repair or replacement, customers should back up any user-stored data whenever possible.
Repair, replacement, resetting, or diagnostic procedures may result in the deletion or loss of data stored on the Product.
Osawalla does not guarantee that user-stored data will remain intact during warranty service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Osawalla is not responsible for data loss that occurs as a necessary result of repair, replacement, resetting, or diagnostic procedures.
Customers should remove personal information and account credentials from the Product before sending it to Osawalla whenever reasonably possible.
13. Warranty Replacement and Repair
If Osawalla determines that a Product qualifies for warranty service, Osawalla may provide a repair or replacement depending on the nature of the defect and the availability of parts or Products.
Replacement Products may be:
· New;
· Refurbished; or
· Functionally equivalent Products,
where permitted by applicable law.
Osawalla will make reasonable efforts to provide the same model. If the same model is unavailable, Osawalla may provide a comparable Product of equal or greater functionality, subject to applicable law.
14. Warranty Period After Repair or Replacement
A repaired or replacement Product will be covered for the longer of:
1. Thirty (30) calendar days from the date the repaired or replacement Product is received by the customer; or
2. The remaining portion of the original 12-month warranty period.
This provision does not limit any rights provided to the customer by applicable law.
15. Out-of-Warranty Service
After the 12-month warranty period expires, Osawalla may offer paid repair services at its discretion.
Paid repair availability depends on:
· Product model
· Parts availability
· Repair feasibility
· Product condition
· Service location
Before any paid repair is performed, Osawalla will provide the customer with applicable repair and shipping costs when reasonably practicable.
Replacement accessories and compatible products may be available for purchase through Osawalla.com, subject to availability.
16. Products Not Eligible for Warranty Service
Osawalla may decline warranty service when:
· The Product is outside the warranty period;
· The Product was purchased from an unauthorized seller;
· The Product's serial number has been removed, altered, or cannot reasonably be verified;
· The Product has been intentionally damaged;
· The reported condition is clearly outside the scope of this Limited Warranty;
· The Product cannot reasonably be inspected or returned.
These limitations are subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Osawalla will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, inability to use, repair, replacement, or servicing of the Product.
This may include, where legally permitted:
· Loss of profits;
· Loss of business opportunities;
· Loss of revenue;
· Loss of anticipated savings; or
· Other indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Osawalla's liability under this Limited Warranty is limited to the remedies expressly provided under this Limited Warranty, subject to applicable law.
18. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights.
You may also have additional rights under applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, or local laws.
Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited.
For consumers in the United States, applicable consumer-protection and warranty laws may provide rights in addition to those described in this Limited Warranty.
Where applicable law provides greater protection than this Limited Warranty, the applicable law will control.
19. No Implied Warranty Disclaimer Where Prohibited by Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties applicable to the Product are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
However, where applicable law does not permit such limitation, the applicable statutory period or protection will apply.
Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to disclaim or modify any implied warranty or consumer right where such disclaimer or modification is prohibited by law.
20. Changes to This Warranty
Osawalla may update this Limited Warranty from time to time for future purchases.
Any updated version will be published on osawalla.com with an updated effective date.
