By accessing or using our website, application, Products, or Services, or by placing an order through Osawalla.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, together with any policies referenced in these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Limited Warranty.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our website, application, Products, or Services.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on Osawalla.com are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for an order will generally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

We may correct typographical, pricing, promotional, or product-description errors at any time.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

Third-party payment providers may process your payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

31. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the United States, except to the extent that applicable law requires otherwise.

32. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact Osawalla Customer Support and attempt to resolve the issue informally.

Please contact:

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any legally enforceable dispute-resolution requirements applicable to the parties.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights that cannot legally be waived, including rights to pursue claims in a court or forum where applicable law provides such rights.

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These documents include, where applicable:

· Privacy Policy;
