I love this smart ring because the app is free and the fit is comfy. It reads many health readings ( steps,HRV,O2,Sleep, workouts, menstrual Cycle) ! The setups is very easy. Another feature it measures is Stress level… I LOVE that because I carry a lot of responsibilities that tend to stress me out and it’s good to learn your triggers. I love it and the style for such a affordable price
