Osawalla currently offers shipping within the United States. We are proud to serve customers across all 50 states.

Your order will be processed and shipped Within 1-2 days after confirming payment(excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.Estimated delivery time within the United States is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and local courier performance.

We offer **free standard shipping** on U.S. orders **over $30**. Orders under $30 will incur a small shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout

For any Osawalla smart glasses product with a valid purchase voucher, we offer a one-year warranty service. For products with quality issues, we provide a 15-day free replacement service from the date of purchase.

Warranty exclusions The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

1. Claims beyond the warranty period.

2. Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, and store the product in accordance with the user manual.

3. Claims without valid warranty certificates.

4. Using non-official or non-certified accessories.

5. During the warranty period, free returns and exchanges are available within one month. After one month, a shipping fee of $5.99 will be charged.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused/unworn items in original packaging with tags attached.

Our smart ring perfectly combine Heart Rate Monitoring/Sleep Tracking /Blood Oxygen (SpO2)/Activity Tracking/Smart Sync

Simply connect the charging cable to the charging port of the device. A red light inside the device will flash during charging, and a green light will flash when charging is complete.

1. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth, go to the app's homepage or your profile, tap "Add Device," then tap "Scanned Devices." After successful connection, data will sync to the app.

2. Devices charging will be displayed first. If you have multiple devices, this makes it easier to find them while they are charging.
