Ring

Order the sizer kit first. A smart ring needs a snug fit because the sensors read through the base of the finger — a loose ring gives you a worse signal, not a more comfortable one. Wear your candidate size for a full day and night before deciding.

No. Every metric, every history view and every trend is included with the ring. There is no premium tier.

Index, middle or ring finger. The important thing is that you measure the exact finger you plan to use — the same size number is a different fit on different fingers.

The ring is IP68 rated, which covers rain, hand washing and splashes. It is not rated for swimming or diving, and we do not recommend wearing it in a pool or the sea.

Up to 7 days of typical use. Charging happens in the case — drop the ring in and magnetic contacts align it.

Glasses

Yes — by design. A front-facing LED illuminates whenever recording is active, and it cannot be disabled. You are also responsible for telling people around you.

Daily and Chic frames accept prescription lenses at most optical counters. TAC and polarized options are not suitable for high prescriptions; if your prescription is above ±4.00, ask your optician about a nylon or CR-39 lens instead.

All our lenses are UV400, which blocks wavelengths up to 400 nm.

Daily Core records up to 90 minutes continuously. Daily Pro and Sport Pro run up to 60 minutes per session.

Daily Core supports WiFi transfer so you can move photos and video without a cable. On other models you connect the glasses by USB.

Orders, shipping and returns

Orders ship from our US warehouse. Standard delivery is 5–8 business days; expedited is 2–3. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves.

30 days from delivery. The item needs to be in a resalable condition; hygiene-sealed items such as sizer kits are excluded unless faulty.

12 months on the device against manufacturing defects. Wear-and-tear on lenses is not covered.
