This warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Attention: For those who hold valid purchase vouchers, we provide a one-year warranty service for Osawala smart glasses. If there are quality issues with the product, you can enjoy free replacement service within 15 days from the date of purchase.


Osawala guarantees that its smart glasses ("Products") - including frames, lenses, and electronic components - have no manufacturing defects for 12 months from the original purchase date. Osawala reserves the right to determine whether the defect meets the warranty conditions in accordance with this warranty clause. During the warranty period, Osawala will choose to repair defective products on its own.
Replace it with similar units.


Warranty Service

1.Repair/replace product:

Within the warranty period of 30 days, OsaWalla will bear the shipping cost for warranty/replacement.

2.Required for Claims:
A purchase voucher with a date (such as a receipt or order confirmation).

The product must be returned in its original packaging .

•The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accident, or negligence (such as falling or impact).

Exposure to water or extreme environmental conditions.

Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering of electronic components.

Normal wear and tear (such as scratches on lenses/frames).

Using non Osawala brand chargers can cause electrical overload.

Purchase from unauthorized sellers.

Repairs outside the warranty period.

After the warranty period, Osawala will provide paid repair services at its discretion.
Replacement parts, such as the Smart Ring Sizer Kit, can be purchased through Osawalla.com.

3.Limitation of Liability: Osawala is not responsible for the following situations:

Submit an after-sales application beyond the warranty validity period;

Equipment damage caused by failure to use, maintain, and store according to the product manual requirements;

After sales applications that cannot provide valid warranty certificates;

Malfunction and damage caused by the use of unofficial and unverified accessories.
