How do I return my order?

At Osawalla, we offer an authorized 30-day return policy. To start a return, please contact our Support Team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us through live chat on the Osawalla website.


When submitting your return request, please include your order number, name, email address used at checkout, and a list of the products you wish to return.


Once your request is received, our team will review and authorize it. You will then receive detailed instructions on how to return your order. Depending on your location, you may either have the package collected by our courier or drop it off at your nearest postal service point.


Once we confirm receipt of your return, we will process your refund within 15 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed. Please note that shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.


Do I have to pay any postage fees when returning my order?


No, you do not. Osawalla covers all return shipping costs when the return process follows the official instructions outlined on this page.
When am I eligible for a refund?
You are eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) if:
• You submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The returned items are in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.


Damaged or Defective Products
Your Osawalla product will be considered damaged or defective if:
• The product itself is physically damaged upon arrival.
• The item does not match its product description.
• The damage occurred during transit.


The product is not considered damaged if:
• It matches the product description and functions as intended.
• The issue results from misuse, modification, or improper handling.
• It performs according to advertised specifications.


What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If any Osawalla product arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge or offer a full refund as part of our 30-day return policy.
To start this process, please contact our Support Team within 30 days of receiving your order. Submit a support request here with your order number, list of affected products, and a clear description of the issue. Don’t forget to attach photos or videos showing the damage.
After we review your submission, our team will provide instructions for returning the damaged product. Please keep the original packaging and all included accessories until the process is complete.


Shipping Issues

If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us before your order is processed at our distribution center. Due to fast fulfillment times, address changes are time-sensitive and may not always be possible once an order is shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, don’t worry—our support team will work with you to resolve the issue, either by reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.


Canceling Your Order


Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. If payment is not completed, the order will also be automatically canceled.
If you’ve purchased an Osawalla membership or subscription on our website, you may cancel within the trial period before the first charge is processed. Once the trial ends and the subscription is billed, normal refund terms apply.
